We live in a small one bedroom apartment with our baby.  We are constantly changing and reorganizing our space to make the most room for baby.  We have a mini crib instead of full size crib which takes up less room and should work with our baby up until 2 years old.  We have lots of bin storage to keep things close but out of sight.  We try and store things at our parents house or sell/give away soon as we dont need it anymore.  We have a small YoYo+ Stroller that we keep in the hallway so its out of the way.  We built shelves up using up wall space.
